Dr. Jeff Chen is the co-founder and CEO of Radicle Science, an AI-driven healthtech B-Corp providing history's first Proof-as-a-Service solution for non-pharmaceuticals to easily prove their true effects. Previously, he was the founder and director of UCLA’s Center for Cannabis and Cannabinoids, overseeeing its growth to dozens of researchers conducting some of history’s first official cannabis and hemp related research, education and policy projects.
Chen has a master of business administration from the University of California Los Angeles' Anderson School of Management and a doctor of medicine degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. There, he was a David Geffen Fellow and founder of the GeffeNotes, the medical school's first a cappella musical group.
